About VFXrecruit

VFXrecruit launched on 4th October 2007 and more than 3900 film, games and visual effects artists and 365 (post)production companies have signed up since then. This number is continuously growing. The website is created by visual effects artists and it is a completely independent website. The aim is to make a networking website for postproduction companies and artists that will make it easier for companies to find talent and for artists to find and apply for jobs. The website has four basic functionalities:

• Profile
  Both companies and artists can present themselves on their profile page, where they can upload contact details, resume, show reels and portfolio. Artists can also recommend each other. Companies can describe past and present projects, post jobs and latest company news.
  
• News
  Artists can link up with each other and companies to receive the latest news and jobs and to keep in contact.
  
• Communication
  Artists and companies both have an internal emailing system as well as an internal instant messenger for easy communication between each other on the site.
  
• VFXarena
  The VFXarena is a discussion and news forum where both companies and artists can post industry news, advice, present themselves, jobs and have general industry related discussions.

The website presents a unique and new way of networking in the film and visual effects industry with the main aim of bringing the industry closer together and making the job application easier. More than 200 jobs have already been posted on the site and the number is growing.

Demographics

Since the launch in early October 2007 more than 3900 visual effects, games and film artists and more than 365 visual effects, games and film companies have signed up, hereunder some of the biggest names in the industry. The number is growing everyday with a rate of 10-15 new members each day. In average there are more than 500 unique visitors a day from all over the world, mainly from the UK , the United States , Canada , Australia and New Zealand . We would like to give you the unique opportunity to advertise on this growing site, and have a great introductory offer (see below).

Advertising Packages

We have two main advertising packages to choose from (note: you can post jobs for free under your profile):

All ads will appear in rotational order and will be visible on the left side of all pages (excluding pop ups, front page and register page), as show in the example below.

All advertisers will get their own personal space on the site where they can upload their ads (they can change the ad at anytime) and see how many time the ad has been shown and how many times it has been clicked.
